The procedure for adding a link to GODOT from the CSA interface is as follows:

• Go to administration tool at http://www.csa.com/csaillumina/login.php.

• Choose the 'OpenURL Server' link.

• For 'type of OpenURL server. choose 'GODOT'.

• For 'URL of your server', type:
  http://godot.lib.sfu.ca/GODOT/hold_tab.cgi

• Choose either an image/icon or text for your link. If you choose an image/icon then you can use one of these GODOT button images or create your own.

• Select 'Enable'.
