How often should the CJDB be updated?

There are many title lists in CUFTS, and updating at SFU is continuous. To ensure that the very latest title changes are reflected in your service, weekly updating may be optimal. Remember that rebuilding happens on an overnight basis, and - if you have print holdings - don't forget to ALWAY check "rebuild with print" - even if you are only refreshing changes to your electronic journals.

If weekly updates are not feasible for your library, scheduling monthly updates or at least once every semester should result in a high level of service
